Environmental Health Systems Ltd was established in the late eighties by a group of Environmental Health Practitioners who came to appreciate, during the course of their work, the difficulties many businesses had in fully satisfying their local authority’s requests for food safety and health & safety compliance.

Approaching the problems from the point of view of those on the receiving end of legislative requirements, and following a period of development, the Vouchsafe system was introduced to selected businesses and trade associations. Vouchsafe is now used by many organisations throughout the United Kingdom to ensure that their Health & Safety procedures and Food Safety obligations are met.

With our years of experience we fully understand the problems people face in satisfying the demands of public officials. Our aim is to remove from clients many of the worries, not only about the next visit of the local authority enforcement officer but also accusations of negligence from the general public. Vouchsafe is widely regarded as an economical and easy to use solution with a format acceptable to local authority requirements.
